Shipping & Orders
We currently ship from North Jakarta, Indonesia, to destinations within Indonesia and selected international locations. Availability will be confirmed at checkout.
Free Rp10,000 off standard shipping fee for new customers, and is available for your first order! Standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout page.
Domestic: 3-5 business days.
International: 7-14 business days, depending on customs processing.

Returns & Refunds
- Only products that are damaged during shipping or products that do not match the order received are eligible for returns. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Returns are only applicable for items that meet our return criteria: unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order.
